If your hope lies in all negative, bad or destructive things being blown away in one fall swoop, you will likely always be disappointed. If you can find hope in the small, incremental progress that happens towards resetting bad systems or holding systems to account, that is success. I know, I know, we want things to happen in big ways and all at once.
I am no expert, but I want to share my cancer battles and my journey through depression with you, and some stress reduction ideas for your life. Plus strategies I have found successful and give you tools for success with your health and life. Life can knock us down through health or life difficulties but that doesn't need to stop us.
