Vitality Analysis – What is That?

Vitality analysis. Ok, I know some of you are asking what in tarnation is that? Well I know a few of you are in the know, but there are also quite a few of you who are scratching your head wondering what I am talking about. Keep on reading.

I recently decided to do a test. It was called a vitality analysis. If I am being honest with you, it’s something I should have done a long, long time ago but I of course kept putting it off.

I have been working on gaining a greater level of health in a few areas and have been struggling more than I would like or at least felt a bit stuck. In an effort to find more answers than questions, I realized I had a possible tool that could be so helpful that I had not yet tapped in to.

I finally got my act together a couple months ago and sent off the paperwork and everything that was needed.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but I was looking forward to what my results would be. I’ve known about this tool for so long but didn’t really know too much about it. I thought what better way to find out than to do the test myself and of course share with you. I hesitate to suggest things to others if I haven’t done them myself, so I knew I would need to do that first before I could mention it here to you.

I was excited to get the results. I was also excited to share the tool with you in case you were searching for more information in your own health journey. We are all at varying stages in our health journeys and different tools provide different value at different times.

Now I know what you are saying now, I can hear it. Enough of the preamble Melodee, just tell me how it went and what you found out.

Ok, ok! I am going to tell you in general what I learned without providing all of the specifics.

There are a few different options you can request for the testing and I decided to request them all just to get the full range of results and information.

The information provided was for a snapshot in time which is really the same for all health testing we get done. Things can change after.

I learned more about some foods that might not be the best for me to eat right now. I also learned which foods I might do really well with now. I have found it really helpful for grocery shopping and making decisions on which foods to add to my diet and which ones to remove for the time being.

These aren’t necessarily all permanent changes but for the time being I am doing these things and I have noticed a difference.

So whether you are in the middle of a health crisis or things are mostly humming along ok but you are looking to make improvements you can and learning more I encourage you to find alternative tools like this and find out more.

Friend, as we all travel along in crisis or out of crisis there are always so many pieces of the puzzle to put together. More to learn and seek out. This tool is one way to find some pieces and put them in to place.

This testing is also something that you could do periodically in the future as I very much plan to do myself. A tool to help you measure where you are, how you are progressing or what to focus on for health improvement. It provides an overall vitality result to give you a gauge on how you are doing but also gives some steps on how to improve that vitality and feel better.
