
This is my final post about fasting. If you haven’t read my previous 2 posts, I think you should go back and check them out.
I will start by saying this fasting experiment, I think has been a great success for me. But I will also tell you that I realized just how much I enjoy food and eating. So that creates a bit of a conflict while trying to find success with this. Food is yummy.
I wasn’t really sure at the beginning, and there have been many moments I just wanted to eat something. But I will assure you that I feel like I have really found this experiment to have turned out really well for me. I have already repeated it a few times.
I have spent many years trying to tackle and work through some difficult and stubborn health issues with little progress. I was very skeptical that fasting would help me with these things at all.
But I have been so excited that I am seeing some results I haven’t found with other options I have tried. Another interesting thing I have noticed is that fasting has really accelerated the benefits of the supplements I normally take, and of course the food I choose to eat. So it was great to see that with all of the positive things I was already doing, the fasting just worked to work together to push those things to greater success.
So because I have really loved how this has gone for me, I think you should consider trying it too.
I wanted to give you this visual to hopefully help make it easier to understand.
