I am no expert, but I want to share my cancer battles and my mental health journey with you, some stress reduction ideas for your life, and hopefully some fun things along the way. Plus strategies I have found successful for me and give you tools for success with your health and life. Life can knock us down through health or life challenges but that doesn't need to stop us. Can I say something to you that I really wish that someone would say to me sometimes? You are not behind. I know it can feel that way.
